Kim is passionate about helping others live in alignment with who they are truly meant to be, both on and off the yoga mat. A lifelong learner, she inspires her students and clients by creating unique approaches to explore and discover their greatest potential for transformation and healing, giving them individualized support and encouragement in a safe, supported, non-judgmental environment.
Her daily meditation practice helps keep her grounded to juggle her life as a small business owner, wife, and mom of two on-the-go school aged children (and pup, Albert).
